Throughout this process, I will be available as your coach to answer any questions that may come up. My referrals will receive detailed information for each step of the process, and will have the option to schedule a phone or video conference for extended coaching and lesson practice. HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:
STEP 1: BASIC INFO (APPLICATION)

Do you meet the teaching requirements?
Eligible to work in the US or Canada
Bachelors degree in any field of study
1+ years teaching experience - tutoring, coaching, mentoring, etc.
Access to a computer and reliable internet

I would be THRILLED to be your hiring coach. To receive my time and resources, please be sure to enter my individual referral code during this Basic Info stage: CHELS0334 or apply here. I will send you my FREE starter prop pack right away... as well as important tips for completing your application.

Head over to complete your online application. This should take about 5 minutes. (Don't forget to contact me! I will share some important tips to have your application accepted.)

STEP 2: INTERVIEW & DEMO (CHOOSE FROM THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS):

FREE Online Coaching Sessions are offered at this step. These will help to set you up for teaching success!​
​
OPTION 1: LIVE OR RECORDED INTERVIEW
​
OPTION 2: SMART DEMO LESSON
This *fancy* option means that the interview can be completed on your smartphone!

OPTION 3: FAST PASS COACHING DAY
Check with me to see if there is an event near you! Attending a local coaching day will allow you to skip the interview process and go straight to certification.
STEP 3: CERTIFICATION CENTER

Once you have received an email telling you that you have passed your interview and demo, you’re ready to prepare to teach your mock class demo lesson!
Choose lower levels 2/3 or intermediate levels 4/5.
You may certify for as many levels as you’d like.
I also recommend completing your TRIAL certification as this may help with gaining initial bookings! ​

​ STEP 4: CONTRACT

Complete the TESOL Quiz.
Upload your documents.
Digitally sign your contract.
START TEACHING!

At this point you can open up your schedule on the bookings page and start teaching! The bookings WILL come! I will share some tips with you at this point for increasing your bookings. Also, be sure to take advantage of the FREE workshops that the company offers. They are interactive and the information is relevant and valuable.
